Overview
Since 1996, Silvertust Communications has been providing high quality video production, duplication and conversion services. Our studio is established to provide these services to businesses, organizations, government departments, families and individuals. We have highly skilled staff and a professional production facility with television quality cameras, editing systems as well as duplication and conversion equipment. We provide the same high quality services to all of our clients at competetive rates. At Silvertrust, we use professional metal evaporated Betacam SP, digital, SVHS, Gold Standard VHS and other tapes for our recording, mastering, duplication and conversion projects.
Recording
Our camera operators and production assistants have served on various projects as producers, lighting technicians and sound engineers. Silvertrust productions include low budget, but professional wedding and graduation videos, as well as first rate diplomatic function videos, documentaries and dramas. We have back-up sets of equipment to guarantee our service delivery. Our cameras are capable of working in low lighting conditions to keep guests comfortable, yet part of theÊjoy we capture. We are capable of using a single camera to vividly capture every moment of your special occasion for lasting memories. We can also use two or more cameras to capture diverse cinematic perspectives simultaneously.
Editing
We use professional Avid Express and Media 100 digital television workstations for editing virtually all of our videos. We add the best of soundtracks, special effects, electronic titles and we have the option of addingÊnew and old photographs digitized to maximise the value of the videos.ÊWe have a large music library withÊtracks from oldies to new popular music, and from diverse WesternÊto World music. WeÊalso gladly use music supplied by clients. At Silvertrust, editing projects require from just one day to six weeks. We edit videos produced by our studio and we gladly accept editing of videos brought to us by clients. Silvertrust videos areÊmastered on professional tapes, which are kept in our airconditioned environment to last for ages. Clients receive copies on demand at anytime and in any format.
Duplication and Conversion
Duplication and conversion of videos is one of the cornerstones of the services provided by Silvertrust Communications. Our studio is equipped with the best digital video duplication and conversion systems to deliver the highest possible quality of copies. Our duplication and conversion systems are capable of handling VHS, SVHS, 8mm, Hi8, Digital 8, DVC, DVD, VCD and other formats. We also convert video from all international formats, including PAL, SECAM, M-PAL, N-PAL and NTSC. This implies that we can do cross-conversion of European, Asian, Australian, African, South American and North American videos. WeÊuse professional Gold Standard VHS tapes, as well as digital, metal evaporated and other top quality tapes for our conversion.
Current Wedding Specials
It is important to note that we are always ready to consider any budget of our valued clients. Our main wedding package involves coverage of both the Wedding Ceremony and the Reception. Our bonus offer includes filming the bride getting ready, being made-up and tracking of the limousine or any other vehicle she uses on the way to the location of the ceremony. We accompany the couple, family and friends to the place where photographs are taken in order to capture special and colourful moments. We haveÊlocations to recommend!ÊAt the reception, we take care of all aspects, including the speeches, cake-cutting, dances andÊall other special activities.The video is then professionally edited at the Silvertrust studio. Currently, weÊprovide 4 free copies of the final product on professional Gold Standard VHS cassettes. Extra copies are available anytime at $10 each. Our current deals are as follows:Ê
1. The wedding Ceremony OR Reception professionally filmed without editing requires $400.
2. The wedding Ceremony OR Reception professionally filmed and edited requires $500
3. The wedding Ceremony AND Reception professionally filmed without editing required $400
4. The wedding Ceremony AND Reception professionally filmed and edited requires $700
Please do note that, if you wish to have extra cameras, $200 for each extra camera is required. In addition, $200 is required forÊperfectly editing the footage from each extra camera into the final video. Other Service Packages
All of our production and other service packages require a quotation or confirmation. This is because we often have special deals for a limited time. The prices indicated in this document are subject to change without notice. While we are willing to consider client budgets, our estimates are drawn from the general Silvertrust price list, which include the following:
1. Production of professional unedited videos, including special event videos of conferences, graduation ceremonies, diplomatic galas, baby dedication, special interviews and television commercials require $400 per day or per project.
2. Editing of videos professionally, including videos of conferences, graduation ceremonies, diplomatic galas, baby dedication, special interviews and television commercials require $400 per day or per project.
3. Duplication and conversion of videos is done at an average price of $10 per tape, depending on the format and number of copies of the video to be made. Our prices include the cost of conversion or duplication, tapes or other supplies used.
4. Equipment rental is not a common practice to which Silvertrust commits its production and post-production gear. However, it is possible for our production, editing, duplication and conversion systems or their elements to be used for specific client projects. Our rates are negotiable.
