Overview

The photographic services of Silvertust Communications are of exceptional quality. We have highly skilled staff and professional photographic equipment.Our goal is to provide the same high quality services to all of our clients at competetive rates. At Silvertrust, we use the best films with the most appropriate ISO. Our films are processed in professional studios to optimize picture quality. Each picture is printed on gold standard paper. Our studio is equipped with a modern archival storage and retrieval system to guarantee long-life of both negatives and copies of prints we retain.

Services

Silvertrust specializes in event photography, as well as portraits. Our services are provided to businesses, organizations, government departments, families and individuals. All negatives of our work are kept at Silvertrust's air-conditioned environment. Orders may be made for the re-printing of specific pictures or entire sets on demand. This is based on our competitive re-printing and enlargement rates. Photographs are generally delivered to clients a week from the date they are taken. If you get the video, photographs and DJ services for an event from us, you receive a better deal!

Our photographers are experienced professionals. We also often send our photographers with assistants to speedily and professionally arrange the people to be photographed. We have back-up sets of equipment to guarantee a job well done. Our professional photographic cameras are capable of delivering superb pictures for enlargements.ÊAt Silvertrust, we minimize the cost of deploying our professional equipment, supplies and personnel to maximize client savings.

Limited Service Packages

We are delighted to affirm that Silvertrust is always ready to consider any budget of our valued customers. That is why we have various service packages, which may also be further tailored to client needs and budgets. Our special event packages involve capturing every moment of occasions. We endeavour to ensure that photographic assignments result in pictures of action as well as a good photographic representation of the function.

At diplomatic, corporate, government or NGO receptions or conferences for example, we take professional pictures of all aspects, including such things as speeches, dinner ceremonies, cross-sections of guests, hassle-free and professionally arranged group shots, cake-cuttings, special awards, dances andÊall other elements of events. We also specialize in speedy and mass action photography, including sports and graduation ceremonies. Our expertise guarantees that our pictures of such functions remain focused, yet comprehensive. Our current deals are as follows:

1. Our most basic "A" package includes about 60 professional 4" x 6" photographs. The photographs must be taken within two hours, otherwise a $25 charge for every extra hour will apply. This package costs $250. Our 5" x 7" option is available for $300.

2. Our "B" package includes about 100 professional 4" x 6" photographs. The photographs must be taken within five hours, otherwise a $25 charge for every extra hour will apply. This package costs $400. Our 5" x 7" option is available for $500.

3. Our "C" package includes about 200 professional 4" x 6" photographs, two (2) free 8" x 10" enlargements and a free photographic album. The photographs must be taken within ten hours, otherwise a $25 charge for every extra hour will apply. This package requires $700, and our 5" x 7" option is available for $800.

Note that extra sets of all photographs in a selected package can be ordered before the pictures are developed or printed. An entire extra set of 100 4" x 6" pictures can be made at $100. An entire extra set of 100 5" x 7" photographs can be made at $150. All negatives are kept at Silvertrust's air-conditioned environment. However, orders may be made for the re-printing of specific pictures or entire sets on demand. This is based on our re-printing and enlargement rates. The photographs are generaly delivered to the client within a week following the occasion.

Wedding Specials

Our main wedding package involves coverage of both the wedding ceremony and the reception. Our current bonus offer includes taking pictures of the bride getting ready at the bride's residence. We professionally capture every moment of the wedding ceremony, including the vows, exchange of rings, "first legal kiss", the almighty signatures, the crowds and all other special elements of the function.

After the ceremony, we accompany the couple, family and friends to a chosen garden or any other place where photographs are taken in order to capture special and colourful moments. We have wonderful locations to recommend! At the reception, we take professional pictures of all aspects, including the speeches, cake-cutting, dances, dinner, guests andÊall other elements. Our current deals are as follows:

1. The wedding Ceremony OR Reception with some photographs taken in the garden. This includes about 100 professional 4" x 6" photographs. The photographs must be taken within five hours, otherwise a $25 charge for every extra hour will apply. This package costs $400. Our 5" x 7" option is available for $500.

2. The Wedding Ceremony AND Reception with some photographs taken in the garden. This includes about 200 professional 4" x 6" photographs, two (2) free 8" x 10" enlargements. Free photographic album or a photo CD with 10 pictures. The photographs must be taken within 8 hours, otherwise a $25 charge for every extra hour will apply. This package requires $700. Our 5" x 7" option is available for $800.

Extra sets of our photographs in a selected package may be ordered at good rates before the pictures are developed or printed. Extra sets of our 100 4" x 6" pictures can be made at $60, and sets of 200 photographs can be made at $150. An entire extra set of 100 5" x 7" photographs can be made at $90, and a set of 200 can be made at $200. Orders may also be made for the re-printing of specific pictures or entire sets on demand. This is done based on our re-printing and enlargement rates. Our photographs are delivered to the client within a week following the occasion.

Prints and Enlargements

Our re-prints and enlargements are professionally done to ensure originality of colour, cuts, cropping as well as choice of the most appropriate type of paper and other elements. Re-prints can be done and delivered within 2 days, and all en-largements require one to two weeks. The rates are as follows:

 

1. Our 2" X 3 photographs are re-printed as low as $0.75 each

2. Our 4" x 6" photographs are re-printed as low as $1.00 each

2. Our 5" x 7" photographs are re-printed as low as $4.00 each

3. Our 8" x 10" enlargements are as low as $10.00 each

4. Our 11" x 14" enlargements are as low as $25.00 each
